BOOKING POLICIES

If you have previous tattooing with another artist, you MUST text Carla a picture up close before booking an appointment. We first have to make sure we can achieve the best result for you over the previous pigment colour and shape. 

BOOKING FEE

Appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit to confirm your procedure. This fee is deducted from your amount owing on the day of your procedure. 

RESCHEDULING 

Due to the length of time each of our services take, appointments are final and should not be rescheduled. If it’s absolutely necessary, please allow 48 hours or more prior. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The $100 booking fee will be forfeited for any rescheduling/cancelling. 50% will be charged for cancellations outside 48 hours from your appointment. No shows will be charged in full and will not be rescheduled. 

Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be asked to reschedule and it will be considered a cancellation.
